It was first sold on 27 April 1961 by Town Motors to Daniel R. Witham from North Bergen, New Jersey, in the US, who also ordered monogrammed floor mats which are still in the car. The seats have been covered with heavy duty clear dealer installed plastic since day one.
Little is know of the history, but the car has had a couple of US owners, the last being Wolfgang von Juterzenka from Florida. The car now resides in South Australia, owned by Kevin Noel. UPDATE June 2019, The 1996-1998 LCOC directory shows owners Anthony and Linda Witham of Pennsylvania. |
