(2017:) The owner is Robert DeFrang. UPDATE August 2021, it is for sale by the owner, in Lake Stevens, Washington. UPDATE April 2023, Jason Ballard notified the Registry that he owns this Lincoln. He says: This is my red '65 Lincoln Continental Convertible I bought from Robert Defrang in Sept '21. It came from a US Congresswomen and her husband (who he bought it from). Based upon the paperwork in the car I'm the 4th or 5th owner.
